On PR: Julie has been an invaluable member of our team at Midlink.  Public relations is not my strength, and historically, as a brand manager, I minimized PR's importance to the marketing mix. I believed the adage, "Advertising is something you pay for, PR is what you pray for!"  Julie's strategic approach to the discipline has elevated the importance of PR for our organization. Her ability to execute (her relationships with the local media are phenomenal) has increased Midlink's brand awareness within Kalamazoo. She has also delivered two national stories in a very short time span.  Julie has busted my paradigm....PR is way more than parties and press releases!
